In 1983, the lat Karn Voss reopened Karen's Beauty Shop. At the time her daughter-in-law, Jackie was attending Cosmetology school. Upon graduation in April 1983, Jackie joined Karen in her shop. After 5 years of working together, Jackie took over the business and "the Hair Co." was born. In Januaray 2004 Jackie's daughter, Jodi began cosmetology school. Upon graduation Jodi joined her mom in their new salon, 3rd Generation. Today, the girls at 3rd Generation enjoy working together like family, helping one another..
