I had problems with this company from day one. I called to ask how many square feet I would be paying for-I never received a return call. When they were supposed to install-I got a call saying that they didn't have the sink and asked if they could come the next day- I said okay. They were supposed to come at 3:45,but they never showed up. I finally called an hour later and they still didn't have the sink, but never bothered to call and let me know. They proceeded to act like they were doing us a favor by coming on Saturday- yet, it was supposed to be completed on Wednesday. I was also told that we would not be charged until the job was complete, yet I was charged the balance prior to completion.We paid for a package deal that included the plumbing. The plumber came on Monday and was at our house for 5 hours and never finished. We asked for another plumber to come out the next day, and he also couldn't complete the job because he didn't use the proper materials. Turns out the first guy cut the threads on our metal pipes, so I had to repair the plumbing myself.We called Lee, the manager, to let him know that we were unsatisfied, but he never called us back. After many attempts to contact him directly, we finally called the store. There was always an excuse for everyone and everything with this company. We asked for a refund of the plumbing cost since we didn't get the end result that was promised. They agreed to give us HALF of the plumbing fee back, but it took them over a month to do so. We contacted Adair on multiple occasions, but there was always a reason that it wasn't refunded. Finally, Steve was able to help us and got it taken care of the same day. We will NEVER do business with this company ever again. We have also informed our friends to do the same. The granite is nice, but it is supplied by Granite Depot, not 39 Dollar Granite. The installers also did a good job, but that is the extent of positive things I can say about 39 Dollar Granite and the people that work there.
