1st Stop Auto Care Center

I was VERY satisfied after having 1st stop work on my vehicle for the first time. I felt very much appreciated as a customer, they didn't talk to me like I was an idiot because I am a young woman. Not only were they courteous but they were prompt in their service, professional, and were extremely affordable! I will be using them again (even though they are across town from where I live) and I will recommend them to anyone that asks! more

I have had maintenance and service repairs at 1st Stop Auto for several years and work has always been done in a professional manner. I know it is fixed right and they didn't do more than what was necessary to make the correct repair. None of that stuff where others try to add unnecessary repairs in order to create more business for themselves. I appreciate that! We were having trouble with the window of my husband's car and my dad (who usually takes care of all our car issues) was out of town and my husband couldn't drive to and from work with a window that wouldn't roll up or down and was stuck halfway! So we had been told by some friends to try 1st Stop. Luckily they were only around 5 minutes from our home so I went on over there one morning (TOTALLY dreading the whole thing being intimidated about going being a woman and all and worring about being overcharged ot talked down to) and was plesantly surprised! The staff was SO nice and helpful and they helped me right away. They were able to fix (actually replace) the motor on my husband's window for me in a day! I thought that the price was very reasonable and am planning on using them whenever we need help with our vehicles. I really feel we can depend on 1st Stop. PROS: Great Service, Great Prices! CONS: NONE! more

I've been to 1st Stop several times for regular service and emergency tire repair, and while their rates aren't the lowest (still less than the dealership), the staff are friendly, explain service and pricing in advance, and make it a pleasant enough experience. more

I was always rather satisfied at thsi establishment for repairs to my jeep. I remember one night even being in the rain and my jeep got stuck in 4W and one of the guys came out in the rain in the middle of the road to get my car going again. But when it came time to fix my sons Mazda transmission, they just didnt live up to the task, first they rebuilt it (for almost what we paid for the used vehicle) and then it kept on not working... every couple of weeks the car was back in their shop, for at least a week each time, leaving my son without transportation for work or school.... dont know why they couldnt get it working right, they kept trying, but not hard enought. Eventually the car went to another auto place for repair and its still running ( but barely). more
