They guy 1st Class Heat & Air sent out this time, was someone I had dealt with before. He was very professional, very courteous and kind and explained and told me everything that needed to be done. When I call 1st Class Air Service, I get serviced quickly. Back in the summer when it was so hot, I called and this gentleman came out to check my air conditioning and heater. He noticed my heater was blowing out but he saw my air conditioning still had its warranty so he worked on it under warranty so it would be top notch before the warranty was up. I waited to fix my heater and it went out just like he said it would by the fall. I called 1st Class Air Service, and the same technician offered to come out and work on Sunday (the day I called) but I just had him come Monday morning. They have incredible customer service, and they were so very patient with my arthritis making me do everything at a slower pace. They were very knowledgeable about my home's equipment and were so very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for better service. more

The people at 1st Class Air Service were professional and knew exactly what I needed. Everything about it was good! My compressor had died so we needed a whole new system. We were selling the house, and we didn't want to get anything top-of-the-line but wanted to make it work. 1st Class Air Service helped me do the work that I needed! more
