Had a wonderful experience with Jen-J. The installer listened to and honored the request that I gave to save previous wood work. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I think they had installed a previous window. more

Window replacement 11/20/2015

I had 11 windows replaced in a 1954 home in Royal Oak. My experience with Hanson's was positive. The staff were professional and helpful along the way. Shantae Fletcher was most helpful at the end of the process. I would recommend the company to consider if replacing windows. more

Window Installation 11/19/2015

After having Wallside Windows install windows in my last house I can say that Hanson's not only has a better product, but the installation was better as well. Smaller trim used, better clean up, and smaller aluminum facing used which makes the 6 windows and 2 door walls look much better. The measurement was also better. Nice and tight which allowed for better application of the spray foam. The difference was noticeable! more

They crew who installed our windows were really great! Explained every step of the window installment. They were very pleasant. Cleaned everything up and answered every question we asked. We are very happy with our new windows!! more

A Great Evening 11/11/2015

James Davis Jr. came to my home and assessed our needs then helped us find the best solutions for our home. He showed us how our home would be more energy efficient and how we could realize immediate savings on energy costs. We were blown away by the presentation detailing Hansons quality, reputation and history and it goes without saying that we purchased new windows for our home. Overall, it was a great evening. more

Hanson-Detroit Excellent Field Service Representative 11/7/2015

I called Hansons today to schedule an appointment to get a new roof. They were able to come out the same day and I was very pleased with that. The representative that came out today is known as Samuel G who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the way he explained my roof to me, in the simplest terms and with great examples and samples. He is the main reason why I chose Hanson - Detroit to repair and handle all my roofing needs. Excellent Job, well done Samuel!!! more

There is a big difference, because we used to have a single pane with a metal frame, so the heat is definitely better on the inside of the house. more

The supervisor was very knowledgeable and the crew didn't expose anything beyond what they were able to cover that day. They didn't leave any area of my house open to the elements even though it took a few days to finish the job. I was pleased that they cared about the safety of my house. more

Just a great experience 10/5/2012

Everything was done great. And it was quick. I can't believe how fast they got it done. New roof and windows in one day? That blew my mind. I was going to have a private contractor come out and look at the work. I chose Hansons because they offer a fifty year guarantee on the roof, which means I don't have to worry about it for the next fifty years. Also considered Home Depot. We chose Hanson's because they did our gutters back in April of this year and we were very satisified with the time frame for installation and the installers. more
