Just like a grumpy old man, I kind of gave the girl at the office some attitude. I didn’t mean to do it, it is just a habit. But when the guy showed up, it was cheaper than i expected it to be. So i called her back to apologize and she said that the best apology would be to leave her a positive review. And, so, here it is. And not only because I felt bad, but they really are pretty good. more

Nice people and good technicians! 4/11/2011

Only a moron would lose the car keys a month after he buys the car. But I couldn’t help but to laugh when my husband asked me to call up a locksmith for him! lol I looked these people up on my phone and told them about what happened. I found out that car keys are expensive, but it was worth it just for the story! more

Listen to me when I say "THEY"RE GOOD!" 4/11/2011

Bent keys are not good to use! And, no, it won’t straighten itself out by forcing it into the key hole either! So with those wonderful safety tips in mind, just call these guys out to the house and have them fix the issue before your key breaks off in the lock and it will need to be drilled out and replaced. ))shaking me head no(( more

When I lost my spare, I knew I was in trouble. Mainly because I knew that I locked the original in the car. I guess it wasn't so bad. I basically used my phone to find a local guy and *POOF* I found one. I called and the guy on the phone said that the tech would be here in about 45 minutes, and almost like clockwork, he was at my door asking where the car was. He opened the door and I was a happy man. I wasn't so happy about the price, but I guess that was the punishment for losing a key.. Karma is a B sometimes.. lol more

I'm on the road a lot. So when I locked my keys in my rig, I needed someone to come by and let me in. The man that came by had to meet me at a truck stop and open up the door. In a business like mine, time is money and I have to say that this guy was fast. All together it was less than an hour and a half. Not so bad.. more

killer service! 2/8/2011

Tonight was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks. more

I refuse to say that I had a good experience. I mean If i were more careful to begin with, I wouldn't have lost my keys and I would have never needed a new car key, house keys, and business keys. But they sure made it as painless as this situation could possible be. I mean they were able to help me out with every single key that I needed. They were relatively fast (and can probably take a vacation now that I've payed their bills for a month) and they performed the job well. All of my locks work, some even better than they did before and i have fewer keys to deal with. A bit lighter in the pocket and I'm, well, like I said... I'm not saying that I'm happy! But glad that these guys are very good at their trade. more
