Good service deserves a good review... 6/11/2011

Had a nice talk with the girl on the phone, she was pleasant and recommended to me that I have the locks rekeyed instead of changed completely. The service ended up costing me like 200 bucks, but it was cheaper than new locks, the guy said that would have cost about 80 more. (no thank you) But I am happy with the excellent customer service! more

When the key broke, I sure wasn’t thrilled! I guess it could have been worse though. I could have been out of the house when it happened! So the options were either wait until next week when the wife gets back from visiting her mother, or change the locks. I had the locks changed. It was also pretty funny to think about my wife trying to open the door with her old keys, but I didn’t let her do that. I sure didn’t want her to jam the old key into the new lock and mess that one up too! lol more

Good job by a reasonably priced technician 3/24/2011

I hate it when I get a call in the middle of the night and find out that my daughter lost her car keys and is outside of some bar! I guess a disaster of a situation was made easier by the fact that these guys were able to work around my situation, taking an off site credit card and stuff like that. They helped out when I didn’t think anyone else could... more

How come you always need to spend the extra money when you don’t have the money to spend. Anyway, I called them and they opened up my door. It wasn’t too expensive. But I was able to get into the house. more

(just an arm) j/k But seriously, they were nice enough to wait until after hours so they did not interfere with holiday shopping traffic. They are really good and I'm happy. Excellent job! more

if a service makes me feel intrigued to actually join this site and post a positive review then you can tell they service was great - I loved the fact that they were on point and honest about the fees upfront and once they got here gave me all of my options and explained every step to me. These people are the best! 2/4/2011

I used the service before for my home, and when my job needed to have locks replaced I thought good props if I suggested the company that provided me with great service. I stepped up and made the call for my job and the technician came out. He was professional Courtesy and got the job done with little effort. Business now secure and I look good in the Eyes of my boss..Good job guys.. more
