Review content:
FUMC is a reconciling congregation, which means that people are welcome regardless of their sexual orientation. But unlike a lot of liberal churches, it still "feels" traditional. However, on any given Sunday, you'll hear from Buddhists, Muslims or Hindu speakers as well as Christians. The music from the small choir is simply amazing and the church has a fantastic pipe organ. There is a very active Peace and Justice program and a Taize-style worship service the first Saturday of each month. (Don't worry -- I didn't know what that meant, either!)People are friendly and welcoming. If you haven't been to church for a while, come check out FUMC!
