Businiess name:  Natalie Salon
Review by:  Ellis H.
Review content:
I had the most horrible experience at Natalie Salon when I had my first bikini wax there. I suffered the most terrible reaction to the wax they used and had a 'bikini area' the size of a grapefruit for a week. I had told them before my visit that this was my first time, but they did not do a test patch as I was told by a friend afterwards many salons do. When I complained to Natalie herself, she accused me of lying about the issue, only gave me a partial refund (that stood in no comparison to the pain I was in for more than a week) and was not willing to consider doing a test patch on first-time clients who come for a bikini wax. Also, when paying for a facial once I was asked by the co-owner how much I would like to tip Natalie (one of the owners who gave me the facial) - but since when do you need to tip the owner? A friend of mine was likewise asked to tip the owner. All in all, I *strongly* advise against going to Natalie. I will play safe and next time visit a salon that cares about its clients. I had no idea what could go wrong at an ordinary salon visit before I went to Natalie's salon!
