Yes, I know you remember my last review....I wasn't terribly politically correct at times but I still stand behind what I wrote as I stand behind this review as well. Now, I have been in this store many times. One of the first times was years ago when acid washed jeans with the knees ripped out were in vogue. Being basically frugal (read cheap!) with my $ it rankled me to spend over $50 for jeans someone else had probably already ruined AND given away! So I found myself in THE CROWDED CLOSET. This store is unique in that it is run as a charity raising for a local group and all proceeds go to various needy groups. They have handcrafted items from around the world and re-sale type articles a well. To make a long story short, I found my jeans that day....more than one pair in fact, an old veg-o-matic, a perfectly good working toaster and some cool beads and I had change from a $20 billl to boot! Awhile ago this store was the victim of suspected arson and took a great loss but true to its very nature it revived better than ever and is now again a haven for bargain groupies such as myself. In fact I am planning a trip in the nearby future to gather yet more jeans for a "frayed denim quilt" I plan to construct for my son. Give this store a try.........I can promise you will be pleasantly surprised at what you find within!
