I almost didn't take my car here because of all the bad reviews but it was a warranty repair and it is the only offical VW dealer near my office so I took it in. It was there for a week becuase the part was on back order from the manufacturer, they gave me a rental car for the week, i had to pay the tax (total of $16 for the week), they called me every day to keep me updated and they fixed the problem. All the work was covered under the warranty and they washed my car (something I have never done) so I really can't fault them.
