Dakshin Indian Cuisine is located in the heart of Schaumburg, IL, which happens to have a booming Indian community. It has been opened recently and has established itself well.
The specialty here is delicious South Indian food. Dosas in every type imaginable, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapam, as well as a host of other delights are available. The taste is unbelievable. They are always made fresh and according to one's tastes. The level of spiciness can be adjusted.
Service is fast and friendly. The ambience is casual. The prices are extremely reasonable. But it is the taste that will have you coming back.
I recommend a masala dosa with assorted chutney and the mango lassi.
