WHEN I WENT BACK IN MAY, IT HAD BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE BEEN TO THE DENIST BUT I WASN'T WORRIED. I KNEW I NEEDED WORK WHICH I DID. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL BUT BEFORE I DID THAT THE HELPER LADY GAGGED ME ABOUT 20 TIMES BEFORE SHE GOT THE XRAYS RIGHT. I TOLD HER I COULD HELP HER BUT SHE KEPT SHOVING HER FINGERS DOWN MY THROAT. THE NEXT DAY IT FELT LIKE THE XRAY ACTUALLY SCRATCHED THE BACK OF MY THROAT( IT HURT). THE WENT TO DR SHORT FOR MY CANAL WHO WAS AWESOME AND VERY GENTLE( WITH EVERYTHING) BUT THEN I NEED TO GO BACK TO DR JADINE FOR MY CROWN. I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THE FRONT DESK LASY TELLING ME I OWE $435 FOR MY CROWN BUT I ASKED HER IF SHE RAN MY SECOND DENTAL INSURANCE AND SHE SAID NO( EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW I HAD IT) THEN WHY DID SHE CALL ME ON IT??????? WHEN I GET THIS CROWN I'M DONE GOING TO THEM. I WILL USE GENTAL DENTAL IN BALLARD( ONCE I GET MY XRAYS BACK FROM DR JADINE'S FRONT DESK PERSON WHICH I'VE REQUESTED TWICE)!!!!!!!!
