I have been a patient at IMG for many years. I have an insurance that requires for me to get a referral to a specialist. The gal that worked there forever, was so helpful. She always did my referrals quick and efficient. I never had any problems. That is until she left, and their office manager Michael took over. Now I am lucky to get a call back with in 2-3 weeks. And if he does the referral, it is done wrong. He even tried to send me to a non-contracted specialist. I hate to think of how much that would've cost me if I hadn't caught it. This place is a nightmare. The doctors and nurses are great, but this guy Michael is rude and uncaring. Where did they find this guy. Wow do they have a mess on their hands with this guy. Every complaint I have read has him as the star.
