Review content:
Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone! I went there several times, when things were good. They used to have an excellent receptionist, she always seemed to have the phones under control. Now calls get sent to voice mail, and if I'm lucky if I get a call back the next day. The "gentleman" who finally does answer the phones (Russell, says he's management) is very rude. He basically said I was not a priority because I wanted to book a spa special. He acts as if it puts him out of his way to book an appointment... should be seeing me as dollar signs instead of an inconvenience!
Furthermore, the place is cluttered with knick-knacks wall to wall, it's too much junk. And just when I found a massage therapist I loved, Kimberly, she was gone, as well as the esthetician, Brenda, they both were the ONLY reason I continued going there.
