Review content:
While the Trump Plaza looks decent on the outside, inside it is not nice at all. There are above average amounts of smoke in the gaming areas (ceilings are lower), and the buffet is absolutely disappointing. I was also disgusted with the layout of everything. Entering from the Boardwalk, it was so hard just to find anything. There were all sorts of little escalators and hallways that led in all directions, but after walking a while, I realized that I was going in circles! And, everything is very out-of-date. The decor is stale; this Trump property could use a little freshening up. However, they are renovating, so maybe they'll improve soon.
I recommend patronizing the Tropicana casino which is a bit farther down the Boardwalk.
