Received my order so quickly and their prices are very low.
My order was shipped for free, had a personalized note inside from the owner.
Everything was packed like a gift. She has a photo gallery of all her customers' pets and asked for my pets pictures too.
She knows my dog's name!
I love that I can pick up the phone and call them. They are real people and not just a website. They have me as their life-long customer.
