We've been going to Oscar's for a few years now - first for my son and now for my husband too (I used to cut his hair myself). "Oscar", as my son calls him, is quite friendly with my son and does a great job with him. My son has been afraid at times and "Oscar" always calms him down quickly by joking around with him. There are no appointments - just come in and take a seat. Cuts are just $3.50 so it's a bargain AND he does a pretty good job! Now my husband goes there because, for $3.50, I don't have to deal with the hair in my house!
