bargain bank is your best bet for anything cheap. they have tons of canned foos, ramen, pasta, and candy all for bottom dollar. they do sell things in bulk and that allows you to save even more money. don't be offset by some of the dusty products, a lot of their merchandise is a little dated, but dont worry, the majority of these things don't perish and can keep for months if not years.
