Review content:
I got my hair cut and colored at Lavish for years. I always had low-level to mid-level hairdressers cut it, but I paid a lot for their little experience. A couple of people who I really liked left, so I ended up going to several people to find decent hairdressers. I avoided getting my hair colored because it was so expensive. But the last time I did get it colored, my hairstylist left to run an errand while the color was in and it made my hair way too light. I had to get it dyed twice just to make it look right. I went somewhere else because I couldn't afford to get it done there. I ended up leaving about a year ago. I found someone else in the Clear Lake area who I like so much better. She has way more experience (20 years) and is much cheaper. I can get a cut and a color for nearly the same price that a cut at Lavish cost me. I just think it's way too much money for hairdressers with little experience. I won't go back. Pros: Aveda products, high-dollar salon feel Cons: Inexperienced staff
