Review content:
I should have listened to my friend who used to be friends with the owners. He told me about their deceptive practices. I thought, "Yeah, whatever. They had a fallout and he's just throwing mud."
So I went into the shop to order an arrangement for my mother's 75th birthday just blocks from their shop. I ordered an arrangement they told me would have 24 beautiful roses. When it was delivered, 18 were almost dead. What a dreadful arrangement. I took it into their shop that same day and after asking me for the receipt (which I forgot to bring) they told me it wasn't from their shop. I argued with them for 15 minutes and they started treating me very bad and they were rude because the situation was scaring potential customers. I had to go home and come back with the receipt to show them I ordered it from them and even pointed to the lady that sold me the arrangement. They still denied it came from them and asked me to kindly leave before the call the police.
I will never go there again and will back up my friend if he ever tells his story to others.
BTW, they only get the one star for having a flower shop in a convenient location.
