Pinnacle Bank is a locally owned bank that provides service that is much friendlier and caring than one of those monolithic national banks. The people there take the time to get to know their customers, and take the time to solve any problems on the phone the first time you call. There are quite a few branches in the Sarpy/Douglas County area so it would be convenient for almost anyone.
