Penny knows how to color hair. I have been to every salon possible in the city. I've been to NYC as well. I was refered to Pierre and Carlo by a friend. She told me Penny is a great colorist there, boy was she right. Penny weaved 3 different colors in my hair and cut my hair the best way possible for my hair type. I've never gotten so may compliments on my hair . Penny sure knows hair, she told me she's been doing it over 25 years. I've never been so happy in all my life. The salon is very friendly. I am so glad I found Penny, Thanks Pierre and Carlo for a wonderful experience, I will be back and I will tell my friends about Penny
