We love Craig! We switched from another major carrier 2 years ago through a friend’s recommendation. The other carrier failed to assist us when we had a claim during an accident that our 16 year old was involved in.
After we went on board with Craig, we had a crack in our BMW windshield last year. The glass shop did not repair it properly. I was very upset. On top of that, I travel a lot for my job and cannot be reached most of the time. Craig Ichiuji and his team put in a lot of work and time to coordinate the schedule for repair. Craig had made it so easy for me. Thank you!
