Need to lose so weight..don't want to pay high gym fees? This is a great place to join, they have stations you go to do that exercise for a few minutes, when the whistle blows move to the next area..its fun and fast and you don't even realize you are exercising. You loose weight and feel great, for a fraction of the gym costs.
