I have been waxing and treading (upper lip / chin) my whole life, and was getting a bit annoyed with the fact that you have to go back every month and do it all over again. When I heard about permanent hair removal via - electrolysis and that Dyanna Spa in NYC was rated the best spa for hair removal I couldn't resist giving it a try- especially since the price point is not all that different from waxing. Dyanna Spa is conveniently located in Gramercy Park, Manhattan, so it was very close to my work. As soon as I tried it, I loved the results. Now I have been going there for over a year, treating various areas and adding more and more areas, and have nothing but good things to say. They use the most up-to-date equipment. Dyanna Spa is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The electrologist is very polite and attentive to my needs. I see great results - most of the hair is gone and I know they will not return. I would recommend this method to anyone for permanent hair removal method. As far as I know, Electrolysis is great for all types of hair and smaller areas where precision is needed as well as blond and gray hair (which cannot be treated by laser).
