I have gone to Sage Creek several times in the last five years, with different vehicles and for different reasons.
They have always been very professional, courteous and up-front about the situation. The repairs were always done when they said they would be, and they never "found" any "other problems" that needed to be "done right away"... the one time that they identified an un-related problem they were open about the severity and how long I had before it became bad enough to cause a break-down.
Just to show how Dale (the owner) treats his customers - once we had an intermittent problem with a car and they could not find the reason in the shop... but on the drive home, the problem re-surfaced... so I called them and Dale and one of the mechanics came to our house and worked on the car right in the driveway - identified some electrical item that was messing up, replaced it and solved the problem.
I can't say how their prices compare to other repair shops, but I can say that I've never felt that they were padding the bill or fixing things that didn't need to be fixed.
Compared to virtually any and all of the other places I've gotten a car fixed at in the last 25+ years, I'd say that Dale ( indeed, the whole crew at Sage Creek) has my full confidence and my ongoing business for as long as I live in this area.
