Review content:
I went in for noise coming from the passenger side whenever I turned the steering wheel. I still had power steering, but the noise was getting louder. Turns out it was the hose right under the power steering pump that was broken and leaked the fluid. They fixed it and everything was great.
Here's the thing, I needed to stick around the lobby because I didn't have anyone to come and pick me up, so I got to see customer service at it's finest.
Rafael, the owner, was at the desk that day taking calls and welcoming customers. During my time there, I was very impressed by his knowledge of vehicles and repair issues. Someone would come in saying something specific was happening when they drove, and Rafael would ask them if this other specific thing was happening, they would say yes, and he knew exactly what was wrong with the car.
Another time, someone came in with some strange noise. They took the car in and it turned out that there was a bent piece that was hitting the wheel. They simply unbent the piece and sent her on her way without a charge. I thought that was great. She promised to come back for repairs in the future.
There was also a client who had brought in a Land Rover and there was a specific part that was needed, and Rafael made several calls to different places to find the part at the best price.
I saw honesty, and a willingness to bend over backwards for clients.
This is definitely a good place to take your vehicle in.
