WELL I READ THESE REVIEWS SO I CALLED THEM AND GOT HOURS ,STOP BY STORE FOR INFO,WAS TOLD ALL UNITS HAD A CHECKOUT CHARGE,IT WAS NEEDED UP FRONT,I ASK WHY,WAS TOLD THAT IN THE PAST ,A NUMBER OF PEOPLE WOULD BRING UNITS IN ,GET A ESTIMATE ON REPAIR {FOR FREE}AND WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO PAY CHECKOUT,THE MAN TOLD ME THAT IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY CHECKOUT ODDS ARE THEY WONT BE BACK TO PAY THE BILL ,SO I DID PAY PICKUP AND CHECKOUT ON MY TRACTOR WHICH WAS 125.00 {60 PICKUP AND DELIVERY,AND 65 FOR A HOURS CHECKOUT],WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD GO TOWARDS ANY REPAIR,I HAD IT PICKED UP REPAIRED AND GOT IT BACK IN A WEEK,IT WAS MUCH LESS THEN I WAS TOLD AT ANOTHER SHOP,AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL,P.S I DID GO TO THE JOB RITE PLACE THAT WAS ON HERE,VERY SMALL NOT MUCH IN PARTS ,MESSY UNORGANIZED ,BUT NICE PEOPLE ,I DID NOT FEEL THAT THEY HAD ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE FOR THE TYPE OF WORK I NEEDED DONE
