This is a meal preparation place and I realized when I arrived that it's not only a great idea for busy working moms and new moms... but dads and single guys, too! If you haven't been to one of these types of places, this is how it works: you sign up online for a meal making session, choose 12 meals and then show up on that day with a cooler. Then you go from station to station preparing your meals. All the ingredients are set out for you and even the correct measuring devices are right there waiting. It's so fast and easy! To give an idea of the variety, I made cinnamon rolls, calzones and BBQ ribs, just to name a few. Then you bring everything home and freeze it until you're ready to eat. Each meal serves 4-6. The staff here was really friendly and helpful. They made it a very fun experience. This place is a great idea for a girls night out or as a place to hold a baby shower.
