Since 2001 I have used this location which was then named ProCare. My most recent visit was the first time since they changed hands/names. I took my car in for a tune-up to include an oil change. The salesperson, after a thirty-minute wait, bought out a plastic tray with several different colors of fluids on the tray. The salesperson explained that one side of the tray had fluids that represent what my car fluids should look like and the other side what my fluids did look like. He provided me with a detailed estimate and said that I needed my transmission serviced with that being the most expensive item of the nearly $400 estimate. When I told him that I couldn't afford to get everything done that day he then decided that maybe I didn't need my transmission serviced after all. At a cost of $143 I choose to have my oil changed, my power steering fluid flushed and changed and the battery terminal cleaned (that alone was $30). At home I showed the receipt to my son and he questioned the $30 to clean the battery terminal and the transmission recommendation and then the change in recommendation from the salesperson. Several days later my son drove my car up there and told the salesperson what he would like done and obtained an estimate for the same car, same problem. The estimate now was at least $100 cheaper. In no way do I fault the level of work they did, I do find myself somewhat leery of their business practices, so I will not be a return customer.
