I used to go to Kenneth's when I wanted something good. But I went to get specialty color in my hair (teal) for Ovarian Cancer Awareness month. They told me they didn't have the color but told me where I could get it and what kind I needed to get. So I did that and came back for the service. My hair looked great.... for one day that is! After 3 days you could not see the color at all, or only if you were looking for it. When I went back to get them to do it over I was told that they weren't responsible for the color since it was not their color and that I could talk to the stylist to see if she would do it again. I told the lady that I was told to buy this color and that it would last! She didn't care. Said that it wasn't their responsibilty since it did not come from their store. I paid almost $100 for them to do that and it lasted less than 3 days. They were rude and don't deserve any money from me!
