Ritz camera is just another high priced camera store located inside a mall. They typically don't have a very good selection of items to choose from, sales people aren't very knowledgeable and everything is priced more than it should be.
Look to other internet sties to purchase your camera needs or try out your local small camera shop. They can answer all your questions.
