This place is great! like its sister gym for women, this place is all of the best things that you can think of compiled into one gym. The owner and his wife have traveled all around the country visiting gyms and combining their ideas into one Coed gym. What I like most about the gym is the compactness and convenience of it. Everything that you need is there including fresh towels, soap, and even clean showers! (Never see these around too often). They have a very friendly staff and will help you in anyway they can!
