I bought a case for my pda about a month ago. THe sales person was not very helpful, just kept saying he didn't carry a case specifically for my phone and maybe I should go online and look for one. I guess their empty parking lot and the fact I was the only one in there on a Saturday afternoon didn't deter them from not wanting to make any sales. Anyway, the clip broke off and I took it back, with the package and receipt. They told me they don't do refunds or exchanges on accessories, but they would see if I qualified for a discount on a new one. Really? Are you kidding me? Why would I want to spend any more money on your products when you won't stand by the original product? The one in the package with your store's name on it? Now, I know that this is an AT&T authorized dealer and not run by AT&T, but I'm moving my 5 cell phone lines to Verizon as my contracts expire. Good riddance!
