I called in to ask for pricing. I told the agent specifically what day to leave and to arrive to H.K. The agent was not well prepared. She gave me random prices, then said "Let me turn on my computer and check again." afterward, I hear another ringing phone in the background she told me to hold in the middle of our conversation then returned and said " Any questions, I have another phone on the other line!" I was like Sh-T! I didn't even finished talking and put me on hold again twice! So I just hung up and looked for AA travel! AA is better and cheaper folks! I will not recommend this to anyone. Overall RUDE!
