I made my appointment with them on my husband's birthday. We wanted to get portraits done with our 1 year old daughter. We have been to JC Penny's and we thought they were great, so we wanted to go to a kid friendly environment. By the looks of it, we thought this would be a good environment for children. When we got there the place was about 1000 degrees. It was so hot my husband, daughter,and I were sweating. The scary looking girl at the desk(who looked like a troll)said it would be a half hour wait. We thought it would be ok to wait that long. Then an 1 hour went by. My daughter was getting fussy. My husband complained and wanting to know what was taking so long? A family came in 30 mins late and got ahead of us, and the scary troll girl at the desk was rude and short with my husband. My daughter at this point wouldn't stop crying. I was angry, hot, and tired. They finally got to us and asked us if we were ready(yea, about an hour ago!). We requested a female photographer over the phone (my daughter is scared of men)and when we came in. They had a male photographer that looked like the "missing link!" My daughter started to cry louder once she saw his face!
My husband wanted to lose it...I asked the "missing link" if I can have a female photographer instead. He didn't want to because they were too busy. We gave up! This place was the most disgusting portrait studio I ever stepped into. This place shouldn't even get 1 star. I felt so bad it had to happen on my husband's birthday.
