Review content:
Good: Patient, meaningful explanation of the work needed to be done, not talking down to me at all, and addressing all questions I had. They even had some magazines I liked in the waiting room!. Bad: The long drive I have to make to reach him. (Why is it that Ballard seems like it's so far away from EVERYWHERE?) Of course, not his fault.. Improvements: I only wish he were closer to where I live. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for friendlier assistants or a more competent doctor..
