Review content:
Sun Bay isn't the most glamorous place, but it is a pretty reasonable place to live. I live there for about 6 monthes. They've just finished remodeling a lot but you pretty much get what you pay for. Management is great compared to the other apartments I've lived in in Gainesville and maintenance was always on time when needed. It's pretty quiet, too and you rarely see your neighbors. Parking, however, was an issue. If you didn't get home by 9pm, you would have to park like two buildings away. All in all, it's really not that bad of a place to live.
