Review content:
This is not the only place in Federal Way that has bubble tea,
thank goodnes! Pho Hoa right next door serves bubble tea that
tastes better isn't so expensive.
I went in yesterday and there was no one behind the counter, there
were three people sitting on the couch watching tv and a few minutes
after I walked in the woman reluctantly gets up from the couch to take
my order. She wasn't friendly at all. There was a child running around
with no one watching him. Overall worst bubble tea experience. This
place is EXPENSIVE AND NOT GOOD!
