I am writing this for the manager on duty Sue, refuses to speak to me, or anyone in our party. On October 14, myself and my party of 9 came in for a bite to eat. I go there almost every night for a quick drink or three, so why not the place has good food and drink. However this night, it was not. Infact the whole deal gave me one hell of a headache. It started with our waitress, who for some reason would not give her name (she was working the non smoking section) Aside from having to wait 20 or so mins to get even a drink, her attitude was to the point to we really should have just walked out. When she brought out pitchers and asked why she did this (it was kinda out of the blue since we had to wait forever to come over) she rolled her eyes and told us we didn't have to pay extra for them, so relax. Then came the food. Two out of the nine had their food really really bad. And I do mean bad. Myself, I had but two bites of the burger and could not stomach to eat any more. So after bringing this up, and having to wait another 10 mins, the waitress came back and told us their was nothing we could do. We would have to pay for food, we did not eat, and for the sake of health could not eat. Fine, whatever, lets just pay out bill and leave. Another in my party deiced she wanted to speak with the manger. This was Sue. Her customer service was THE WORST I have ever seen in my life. Slamming the cash register, telling me I ate all of my burger when I clearly did not, then threating to call the cops on us? This in it's self was appalling. We didn't get "in their face" as people say now-a-days, nor did we get physical. Why would she even do that? Is this really how she treats her customers? I would not go back here, even if the meal was free.
