Businiess name:  Gwinnett Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine
Review by:  Karen C.
Review content:
I've used this practice since 1998 and have been very happy until the past year and half or so. The phone lines are RIDICULOUS. We had technology to send a man to the moon decades ago, but Gwinnett Pediatrics can't answer their phones without making you wait FOREVER! I recently had an incident where I needed some quick advice regarding an allergic reaction my daughter was having. It took over an hour to speak to someone. That was after several calls on eternal hold just to leave a voicemail for the phone advice nurse. I finally talked to someone scheduling appts. who went to get a nurse herself.(Thanks Beverly!) Needless to say I was very upset. Other than the phone issues and the arrive ten minutes early...wait forty-five policy, Gwinnett Pediatrics has always taken very good care of my children. Therefore I will continue to use this practice. Dr. Pitts, and Dr. Molock are WONDERFUL. My kids love them, and so do I. I also recommend you choose one or two physicians you like to schedule your appointments with.
