I've been to this Service Station once because of location, and it will probably be the last time for me. I made an appointment for an oil change and transmission flush a week before hand for when they opened. I got there when they opened and they said that it would be done by noon. 3 o'clock rolled around, and I still hadn't heard anything. I called and they said that they would be done at 4 and they would call me. At five I didn't hear anything so I called again, and they said they had been done for a while. I complained and they said that I would receive a free oil change. Of course, I never received the coupon that they said they would send. Lots of promises, no follow throughs.
