they were punctual, hard working, careful, professional, and very friendly across the board. for this move, they came in under their estimate.
it should be said that we prepared well for the move -- boxed and organized everything carefully, moved a small volume of extremely fragile and valuable things ourselves, thought about where everything would go in the new space in advance. doing that kind of thing will improve your cost and experience, regardless of whom you use to help.
a few of their movers were finishing up a move down the street, and they called them over to help out, even though it definitely drove the time (and thus the bill) down. i wouldn't expect that kind of thing to happen every time, but it demonstrates great character. highly recommended.
