Wow! I am so surprised to hear that someone has had an experience that was less then stellar. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Melinda and her staff. She is respectful, professional and above everything else - she is fantastic with my child. They all give great cuts, and love to be with kids. That's part of the charm and uniqueness of her salon. When I bring my child in, they treat her as if they are talking to their own child. I get to sit back, relax and enjoy the moments of peace. I am sorry if someone had a bad experience, but my guess is that by the tone of that review that this person wouldnt be happy anywhere they went.
