I have gone to this salon a few times and even though you don't neede an appointment, when you walk in there is no customer service at all. They behave as though they are doing you a favor. They are totally rude and don't have a very good selection of nail polish. This past Friday I was there for a spa pedicure and manicure combo and the man who did my pedicure did a horrible job......actually he didn't do much of a pedicure, and someone else had to finish applying the nail polish for him. I sat there waiting for my manicure and an older woman asked me if I wanted a manicure, hoping that I say no so she didn't have to do it. When I said yes she proceeded to give me the worse manicure I've had in my life...she rushed through it and took some shortcuts to finish fast. When she finished, I had jagged nails and some of the old polish was showing through my translucent polish. Needless to say, that was the last time I go there. So far, in Woodland Hills, I have yet to find a good place for nails.
