Businiess name:  Eric Fisher Salon
Review by:  K M.
Review content:
I was a client at Eric Fisher Salon on N Rock Rd for 2.5-3 years. AFTER having my hair done, I approached the counter to pay and was told there was a "price increase." I was NOT notified when I made my appointment the month before. (They admitted they knew then!) OR when I came in, my stylist did not tell me BEFORE doing my hair, that I would be paying more for her "services!" The "price increase" was FIFTY DOLLARS MORE for the SAME service! I asked why they didn't NOTIFY customers, and they simply pointed to an obscure 5x7 INCH sign hidden behind pens on the counter the same color as the counter! It only stated there was an increase with no further explanation! Later, I called and politely explained how I felt they should have forewarned me as I WAS a monthly customer. They never offered to "make it right." The stylist called me later that day and said she was a "master stylist" and I got what I paid for! She said "if you switch to someone else and they mess up your hair, it will cost you double for me to fix it!" SHE WAS WRONG...I continually get compliments on my hair NOW! Thank you for setting me straight so I could find a better salon! I came out the winner!
