When you walk into the CTO Martial Arts and Fitness Center, you don't have to sign up just to try it out. You get a free workout with a personal trainer. Yes, that's the bets part: I DID say personal trainer. When you do sign up, because you will, you'll get a personal trainer for the first two weeks. There will be no question in your mind about how to use the equipment, or what program you need to follow to meet your goal. Your trainer will take care of all of that. In addition, you can sign up your whole family for a very reasonable price. CTO offers Taekwondo classes by Jack Hausworth, a 6th degree black belt. If you are trying to lose weight or get in shape, martial arts is the way to go. Most people people think about yoga, or aerobics, but Taekwondo will do all of that in one setting. Not only are you making progress and meeting goals whenever you test for your belt, but you're becoming more flexible and more fit. You'll lose weight and become more toned without feeling like you're doing anything but having fun! The kids will love it too. You can both take classes and they will see mommy and daddy working hard and achieving goals. You will be giving them an invaluable lesson. I love working out at CTO. I know I'm getting the best price as well as the best value in town. I love my Taekwondo classes and the challenge the present. I am amazed at the results I'm seeing in my body. Mr. H is a great teacher. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else!
