Businiess name:  VESNA'S BLOOMING BOUTIQUE FLOWER SHOP

Review content:
I was recommended to this florist when my mother passed away. Our order was very simple, 2 vases of season-appropriate flowers, and a single yellow rose with baby breath to put on top of the box / urn with my mother's remains in the church chapel during the service. I arrived very early the morning of my mother's service to make sure that everything was in order, in the chapel were 2 people for the service, the alter boy, organist and priest. The two vases were there, but no yellow rose. My husband ran into the owner of Vesna and said that he just wanted to let her know the yellow rose wasn't delivered, not that I wanted my lousy $6 back, but a simple "I'm sorry" or I'll look into it, would do. But no, this woman got defensive and jumped down on him saying it wasn't her fault or problem, and someone in the church must have stolen it. Really... the chapel in Kinnelon, a prestigious town... I don't think the alter boy, organist, 2 guests or a priest are that hard up for a yellow rose!! I would NEVER recommend this place, because obviously, this company does not stand behind their product, and lacks common courtesy customer service.
