The theater does not have well organized queues nor a fair seating arrangement. Couple times, we have arrived 1:30 - 2 hr before a show time and waited in a long queue to buy a ticket and then in another long queue to get in the theater. The problem is that the queues are not well managed/organized by the staff. It grows horizontally as all late comers look for acquaintances. Thus 1 or 2 representatives in the queue accommodate 10 others (supposedly relatives) . This is not fair to the rest of the people who have been honestly waiting in the queue. The management of course does nothing about it , in spite of complaints. As if the torture to get into the theater was not enough, once you are in the theater - to our shock we find people blocking rows of seats. Not just one or two but a whole row of seats. If spoken to, they call the manager who does nothing about these "Seat Blockers". Mostly these people claim that their people have gone to buy refreshments. Hmmm.. Really ? How many people are needed to buy refreshments from a group? And even if so is it smart to do that in a theater with open seating and a big rush? MAybe Not!! These are just late comers who send their reps in to block seats. In effect one comes here 2 hrs in advance for a 3 hr movie - and goes home unsatisfied and devoid of entertainment. People travel long distances and deserve to be treated in a fair way It is about time the organization steps up and does something about this. Maybe have stricter queues or better still just have seat number allocations on the ticket , so there is not much dispute.
